Recipe for
(Makes 1 serving)


4 or 5 dried lemongrass

1 cup (about 250 mL) boiling water

1 tea bag (black tea or herbal tea)

Optional: add mint leaves to taste


  • Place the dried lemongrass in a mug
  • Add the boiling water and tea bag
  • Cover for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the lemongrass and tea bag
  • Optional: Add mint leaves or other sweeteners to taste.
